This COED program brings two incredible sports together! It gives girls and boys, ages 6 to 10 a chance to experience swimming and water polo! The program will focus on several essential skills such as water safety, flutter kick, whip kick, eggbeater, front crawl, backstroke, basic breaststroke, diving, strength and endurance, ball handling and basic tactical skills. This program provides our athletes the required strength, technique and confidence required for the next level program, I Love Water Polo. New participants are welcome throughout the year. This program runs from mid-September to late May.
The Swim and Play program is divided into two levels:
- Swim & Play I (born in 2017-2020) is for athletes who still need to refine their front crawl and backstroke skills, learn basic breaststroke, or learn basic eggbeater.
